Barbara Palvin Returns to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Just Six Weeks After Giving Birth

Barbara Palvin proved once again that she knows how to make a remarkable runway comeback. Only about a month after welcoming her first child with husband Dylan Sprouse, the supermodel returned to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in angelic style on Oct. 18, 2026.

The 33-year-old, who was six weeks postpartum, walked the runway in a baby-pink lacy babydoll ensemble paired with oversized gold hoop earrings. As Megan Moroney performed “Am I Okay?,” Palvin brought her signature confidence to the catwalk. Sprouse was spotted in the audience, standing and cheering for his wife.

For Palvin, however, performing under extraordinary circumstances is nothing new. Sprouse previously revealed that she walked in the 2025 Victoria’s Secret show just weeks after breaking one of her feet.

“She’s got a foot that’s recovering, which is very funny to me,” Sprouse told E! News at the event last October. He added that adrenaline would likely carry her through the walk, though he was still nervous for her.

Despite his concerns, Sprouse noted that his wife tends to remain remarkably calm. “She’s very nonchalant about everything,” he said at the time, recalling her attitude as simply, “Ah, well, today’s the day.” He also wondered how she stayed so composed after months of training, asking whether she ever experienced stage fright.

That same summer, Palvin underwent surgery for endometriosis. Speaking to E! News backstage before the show, she described the change as “day and night” and noted that the condition remains significantly under-researched. She also praised Sprouse for his support throughout her recovery.

Ahead of her return this year, Sprouse shared his pride on Instagram. In an Oct. 16 Story post featuring a photo of Palvin and their baby, he wrote that he was “proud of my missus” for stepping back onto the Victoria’s Secret runway after giving birth, adding that she is “built different” and asking where she finds the energy.
