Ready to cast your ballot? The first step is finding out exactly where you need to go.
Voters can look up their assigned polling location with the polling-place locator at vote.org/polling-place-locator. Enter your current address, and the tool will show where you vote. It also provides the date of the upcoming election, details about your precinct and districts, and a sample ballot.
Wisconsin voters have a dedicated option through MyVote: myvote.wi.gov/en-us/Find-My-Polling-Place. After entering an address, users can see their polling place, voting hours, and a sample ballot.
Polling sites are chosen by local election officials rather than the state. A location can change from one year to the next because a building may no longer be available or suitable. Voting sites may also shift when new precinct or district boundaries are established.
